They use to live with their mother with a college going boy who is her caretaker. The care taker then shifted the puppies to a nearby abandoned safe building with our help. As the mother showed no interest in feeding or securing their safety. Moreover the boys landlord was creating trouble for the puppies. Thus they started living in this abandoned space.
