Welcome to Barket The following are the rules ("Terms") that govern use of the Barket Web site
("Site"). By using, adding information, or visiting the Site, you expressly agree that you have

Information to conduct its business and to enable itself to deliver and improve its Services.

You agree that monetary damages may not provide a sufficient remedy to Barket for violations of
these terms of use and you consent to injunctive or other equitable relief for such violations.
Disclaimers
Barket is not a party to this contract. Barket solely acts as a facilitator to connect foster parents/rescuers with potential adopters and bears no responsibility or liability for any matters, issues, or disputes that may arise before, during, or after the adoption process.
Limitation on liability
In no event shall Barket and/or its employee, affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect,
punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including,
without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way
connected with the use or performance of bark@barket.in sites/services, with the delay or
inability to use Barket sites/services or related services, the provision of or failure to
provide services, or for any information, software, products, services and related graphics
obtained through Barket sites/services, or otherwise arising out of the use of Barket
sites/services, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even
if Barket or any of employees, affiliates had been advised of the possibility of damages.
Disputes
If there is any dispute about or involving the Site, you, by using the Site, agree that the
dispute will be governed by the laws of the Republic of India without regard to its
conflict-of-law provisions. You agree to personal jurisdiction by and venue in New Delhi, in the
state of Delhi, India.

offer or expose any copy of any Content in respect of which we own the copyright without
our consent, or in the case of the Content of a third party author, without his or her

Barket is under no obligation to give credit or pay any consideration to you for your
